Floor Seal and Coating

1. Perform a calcium chloride moisture test of the entire area.
2. Shot blast area.
3. Patch and repair damaged areas, divots, and cracks
4. Apply 10 MILS of high build epoxy primer.
5. Apply 15 MILS of epoxy build coat.
6. Apply 5 MILS of high traffic urethane sealer.
7. Provide line stripes and lettering.

Installation Services

1. Complete installation services for all industrial products, if it's made of steel then we can install it. Complete installation services for all manufactures.
2. Provide pre-install session with manufacturer and customer project rep to discuss and review drawings.
3. Work with shippers to meet and unload trucks. Stage material, provide inventory and work with manufacturer to replace damaged and lost items.
4. Use laser equipment to mark floors and product to meet specs. No floor is perfect, we pay special attention to all products being level and plumb, we will not walk away until each aisle or item is perfect.
5. We provide outstanding staff that pass background checks and security clearance for any customer requirement.
6. Provide modern and dependable equipment and we are fully insured.

Repair Services

1. If your budget does not allow new rack then we can repair your existing rack with minimal disruption to your organization without the need to tear down and stop your warehouse process.
2. All work is engineered and guaranteed.
3. We can provide a maintenance schedule for regular visits to inspect and maintain your storage investment. This will satisfy employee safety concerns along with staying ahead of safety inspections and audits.

Reconfiguration Services

1. A mission change could impact the logistics of your warehouse operation. We can assist with a complete design and layout of existing storage aids and integrate new equipment into the picture.
2. We can deconstruct your entire warehouse and provide upgrades for lighting and fire suppression systems in order to meet local building and safety codes.

Lighting Systems

1. We have partnered with a nationwide electrical contractor to provide engineered light packages to meet your requirements along with providing data and communication cable throughout your area.
2. We provide engineered drawings showing your light placement and the lumens in all areas.
